  • 摘要:The article deal with strategic value of time sensed by business. Its management is precondition for flexible reaction to needs of customers. Supplier´s speed is dominant factor at the present time of constant increase competition. Quality and price are always important factor customer´s decision. But if the customer can choose among products with the same price and quality, he certainly chooses products with faster delivery. For that reason the business would try to reduce the time of response to customer´s requirement.
