摘要：Wood processing industry as a one of possibilities of wood resources utilisation is concerns with many areas of national economy. The paper deals with contemporary conditions of the wood processing industry and problems of identification of wood and wood products market in the European Union (EU). There are characteristics of the opportunities and threats, future trends and impact of the changes in EU on the wood processing industry.
