摘要:The main objective is the evaluation of selected aspects of internal communication in the company. Target group are employees in the productive process. In this study, questioning of 270 employees is used as a basic method for input data receiving together with the analysis of existing internal channels of communication in the company. The results showed that information distributed in this company have a good quality. In spite of this fact, there are some problems in the interpersonal relationships within company.
