摘要：This paper is dealing with problems of management in woodprocessing companies during implementation of new technologies. These new technologies within the primary manufacturing of wood try to utilize unique wood features and effective woodraw valuation. The whole process is tied up with diversification of production programmes and with application of progressive managerial approaches.
