摘要：Based on four years of work within our “Participatory Ergonomics“ project, the HCS 3E model recognizes humans as the object and subject of all our efforts. We focus on the concept that the work environment must maintain each person’s quality of life while at the same time sustaining both environmental and economical conditions.
