摘要:The paper deals with the problems of employee motivation and the motivation program in a selected industrial company and analyses the ability to create motivational programs within the selected company. The survey is based on the motivation factors that impact the quality of job performance. At the end of this paper, we will present a proposal for the methodological creation of unified motivation programs through the use of multi-factor statistical analysis, based on clusters with similar motivation and value oriented employees.
