摘要：Each enterprise for optimalisation of the financial resources for financing the investment seeks such resources, which are primarily available as well as having the lowest costs - the cost of capital. One of the sources of financing the investment are non-refundable financial contributions (NRFC), obtained from sources in the EU under the corresponding operational program. What is their contribution is the content of our work.
