摘要：In particular branches of the wood industry the threat of pernicious influence of noise can be noticed. In selected aspects of managing human resources, special attention was drawn to the limitation of its harmful effects on employees’ health. The basic rights and duties of the employer and the employees exposed to negative noise influence were also discussed. Human resources management in the wood industry should take into consideration, if possible, elimination or maximum limitation of the number of works which carry the possibility of health hazards.
