摘要:Taking into account the need of arranging and proper organisation of the wood market in Poland, it would be necessary to consider resigning from the traditional methods of market management, which in the present situation lead only to causing conflict between the participants of the market and thereby bring about its stagnation. The accurately described and newly formulated wood market science (German: Holzmarktlehre), being a specialist economic discipline, could become helpful in this scope. After putting all concepts into order and applying modern economics tools, it is likely to become an innovative discipline that will actively support the development of Polish "knowledge-based economy".
