摘要:Aim of this study was to reveal the relationship between elements of text structure and “reading” acquisitions included in 2005 Turkish Language Course (6th, 7th, 8 th grades) Instruction Program and reading activities taking place in Turkish Language Course Students’ Workbooks. The research was a document analysis study conducted via qualitative data collection techniques. Within this context, reading acquisitions included in 2005 Turkish Language Course (6th, 7th, 8 th grades) Instruction Program and activities taking place in Turkish Language Course Students’ Workbooks were studied during the study. “References Form for Text Structure Elements” was used as a data collection tool for the research. As a result of the literature survey, it was found out that the form consisted of 8 references for micro structure, 12 references for macro structure and 3 references for super structure of the text. The study group of the research included 12 Turkish Language Course Students’ Workbooks that were advised and instructed by the Ministry of National Education Head Council of Education and Morality through 2005-2014. Consequently, among the acquisitions studied for the research 13 were related with micro structure, 16 were related with macro structure and 6 were related with super structure of the text. Furthermore, it was concluded that there were 806 activities about reading in students’ workbooks, 50% of those activities were related with micro structure, 39% of them were related with macro structure and 11% of them were related with super structure of the text.
