摘要:Throughout history, Macedonia has been referred to by various names and has exhibited a cultural mosaic appearance. Macedonia, which has always attracted attention because of its geographical location, sociological structure and religious diversity, is also important in terms of Turkish history. A significant number of Turkish descendants live in Macedonia. The constitutional rights of the Turks were protected in the Republic of Macedonia when it became independent in 1991. The most important of these rights is undoubtedly the right to education in the mother tongue. Turkish education in the country continues today, facing some challenges. This research aimed to determine the speaking levels of the Turkish students who studied in the 7 th grade of elementary schools in Macedonia. The speaking skill levels of the students wereanalyzed in terms of various variables. Survey model was used in the study. The participants were 310 7 th grade Turkish students in public elementary schools in the Republic of Macedonia. The results showed that the students’ speaking skill levels were low. It was found out that the students’ "beginning of speech” levels were higher than other variables; the students’ levels in terms of the variables of “language and expression", "emphasis and intonation" and "development part of speech" were average, and their levels in terms of the variable of "conclusion of speech" was much lower than the other levels.
