摘要:The purpose of this study is to develop a scale that determines secondary school students’ attitudes towards grammar. The study group of the research consisted of 200 8 th students attending secondary schools in the city of Muğla in the 2015-2016 school year. In order to determine the construct validity of the scale, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and in order to determine whether the obtained construct is a valid construct, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, were conducted. The EFA showed a construct made up of three factors and 21 items. The factors were Course-related Gains, Course-related Difficulties and In-class Interaction. This threedimensional construct of the scale was confirmed with CFA. In order to determine the reliability of the scale, the Cronbach Alpha internal consistency coefficient and item-total correlations were calculated. As a result of the reliability and validity analyses, it was concluded that the scale was reliable and valid enough to determine secondary school students’ attitudes towards grammar.
