  • 摘要:Today, the key disadvantage of the content of higher education is the underestimation of the role of physical education in the professional development of a future technical specialist. The purpose of this study was to develop a program to develop coordination qualities and abilities, as some of their key physical professional competencies, graduates of technical specialties. The participants of the present study, randomly selected students of higher educational institutions or technical departments of various educational institutions of Russia (n = 386). To determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the author's program, a set of diagnostic procedures were used for coordination and professional-applied indicators. Mathematical-statistical data processing was performed using Student's t-test at p = 0.01 and p = 0.05. Physical exercises on the author's program were presented as components of balance and two main types. Static in the isometric mode of the muscles, causing certain static manifestations to maintain balance, and dynamic, where the balance is maintained in motion. Its application to the development of coordination qualities in an academic lesson in physical education at the university allowed us to statistically prove its more reliable effectiveness compared to the training process for improving other motor skills. The study proved that by means of physical education, it is possible to complement the formation of students' key professional competencies for future professional activities. Such as increasing the efficiency of working at a personal computer, concentrating and switching attention in technical activities and increasing the orientation indicators of the subject in professional activity in a numerical and verbal test. The presented practical experience in the implementation of physical education classes on the development of student coordination can be used in the professional activities of a physical education teacher in a Russian or foreign university on pedagogical interaction with students in a technical college.
