  • 摘要:The objective of the research was development of organizational and pedagogical support of the process of creation and fulfillment of the "Student-tutor" pedagogical model in the system of perfecting the professional competencies of philology students by training them for such kind of professional activity as holding individual classes for school students (tutoring), with the classes being in demand in the situation of upgrading the modern school. The theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, summarizing and systemizing the pedagogical experience) and empirical methods (questionnaire survey, observation, designing, modeling) were used. The results of the research are materials for providing the organizational and pedagogical support of the process of creation and fulfillment of the "Student-tutor" pedagogical model.
