摘要:The enterprise with the processional management has its specificities which result from the project, logistic and re-engineering approaches. In cooperation with various projective and consulting firms the enterprises apply a systemic procedure in implementation of the processional management, but they mostly forget about the necessary preparation of workers, logical application of hierarchal management principles and about the security of changes in thinking of people and about the maintenance of the balance among the components of the re-engineering changes – organisation, systems, people and culture.
