摘要：Engineering systems are almost always designed, constructed and operated under unavoidable conditions of risk and uncertainty and are often expected to achieve multiple and conflicting objectives. Risks refer to health and safety of human factor or can cause financial loss in consequence of failure but the most important role-play in prevention. The present paper is concerned with economical aspects of risk control.
