摘要：The article deals whit Value Efficiency Analysis as one of the approaches to Data Envelopment Analysis. The measure of the efficiency is very important for every company that wants to success to a market. Data Envelopment Analysis measures relative efficiency. In the contribution are presented two general models of DEA and general Value Efficient models.
