摘要：The article focuses on one of the functional fields of controlling – personnel controlling. It presents personnel controlling as an integral part of controlling system of management in a company. The article report also deals with reasons for implementing personnel controlling and furthermore tasks and instruments of personnel controlling. The focal point of this article is the analysis of the possibilities of the use of the qualitative instruments of personnel controlling in companies of the wood-processing industry.
