摘要：expulsion from the parliamentary group is the issue examined in the paper. The most recent italian parliamentary chronicle has registered different cases of MP’s expulsion. Furthermore the rising of the M5S party has contributed to emphasize the relevance of the issue. Indeed some members of the M5S have been expelled through consultation procedures via Internet. Finally the reform of the statute enacted to regulate the parliamentary election of the ‘Camera dei deputati’ (Italicum) could represent another opportunity to rethink the relationship between MPs and parliamentary groups. The author tries to identify formal guarantees and substantive conditions for the MP’s expulsion.
