摘要：In Teutonic Prussia in the first half of the 15th century the term iustitia (justice) became more and more common. It was then understood as a wide catalogue of claims which one man could demand from other people. In the social dimension it was believed that the political power, prestige and personal dignity came directly from interpersonal relationships. The change in the understanding of this kind of terms may contribute to the explanation of the sources of conflicts between the Teutonic Order and its subjects in Prussia.
