摘要：The article presents possibilities of using the optimizing of logistical decisions method of controlling stockpiles at energy enterprises. It describes actual legal regulations obliging at the enterprise while establishing the so called „minimal stockpile” and shows how they effect the enterprise. The article offers one of methods of logistical decisions optimization helping to establish the proper stock level and shows its eventual financial results.
