摘要：This article presents a fragment of results of empirical research on innovational potential of small and medium enterprizes in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. One of the aims of this research was the identification of external key conditions influencing the innoventional potential of small and medium enterprises, as well as the identification of key elements of this potential. The study illustrates the outcome of research on enterprizes of Grudziądz macroregion.
