摘要：Non-systemic study of industrial production capacity contributes to inefficient management decisions and a bad influence on the efficiency of the entire production activity. The main directions of development of industries cause, usually focusing on the needs, the satisfaction of which is required to meet the goals of the entire complex. The main objectives of the strategic development of the Russian Federation are: the improvement of the domestic industry, the creation of new industries and the implementation of import substitution. Accumulation of competitive advantage industries is likely through the development and introduction of innovations, generating collaborative relationships. Priority use of targets in terms of industrial production base effective economic development, based on the maintenance of national treatment, linked primarily with the responsibility of state for national security. Thus, the planning perspective directions of development of industrial production targets, considering the totality of the socio-economic factors of development of the industry deserve more careful analysis. Strategic development of industrial enterprises includes purposeful improvement in the economic system or its segments on the basis of efficient management of production activities, on the basis of a dynamic environment of external influence.
