  • 摘要:The article describes the process of analyzing production and sales are given ways to improve sales. Realization of production is inextricably linked to the volume of production, and the author argues, that the main purpose of the analysis of output products is to determine the possibility of increasing the cost-effective implementation of the product in comparison with other companies. The author gives recommendations concerning optimization of the product range, but notes, that the most important of them are the measures aimed at improvement of the product quality and cost reduction. The wish to maximize profits focuses a company on increasing production flexibility, bringing new products to the market, and continuous cost reduction. Based on this, the author has analyzed the financial results of a certain agricultural enterprise. As a result, it was found financially stable and in possession of a substantial reserve for income growth. This reserve lies in increasing production and sales; reducing production costs; and quality improvement.
