摘要:Gamification is one of the digitization and automation techniques that can be utilized in a job. In Go-Jek (one of the online motorcycle-taxi applications), there are gamification elements such as points, penalties and prizes, instant feedbacks, performance, and so on. Therefore, the aim of this study is to determine the influence of gamification on the work motivation of Go-Jek partners. This study is explanatory research that was conducted by using ANOVA with a quantitative approach. The respondents were Go-Jek partners who have worked for more than one year. From the results, it can be said that industry 4.0 can incorporate gamification elements in its working system to increase people work motivation.
