  • 摘要:This research aims to simultaneously and partially analyze and describe the influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation toward Performance of PT Bali Age Surabaya Employees. Independent variable in this research is the Characteristics of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) on the Employee performance (Y). The type of research used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sampling that would be used is saturated sample by using all of the population as sample amounted to 58 employees of PT Bali Age Surabaya. This research uses descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistics analysis consisting of Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results show that Characteristics of Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have significant and simultaneous effect or together with Employee Performance (Y) that can be seen from the significant value of F < α of 0.000 < 0.05 with the contribution amounted to 54.4%, this result is generated based on the value of Adjusted R Square. Characteristics of Organizational Culture (X1) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significant value of t < α of 0.038 < 0.05. Work Motivation (X2) has a partial effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significant value of t < α of 0.031 < 0.05.
