摘要：Objective of this study is to analyze contribution and influence of Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi dan pengaruh regional expenditure, development and contribution of Local Own-source Revenue, development of revenues from Central Balancing Funds to Regional Balancing Funds and Regional Loan in Regional Budget. The sample was 6 (six) regionals, which consisted of 1 (one) province, 4 (four) municipalities and 1 (one) city. Total number of data was 1,650 panel data which consisted of data on Regional Budget, Regional expenditure, Local Own-source Revenue (PAD), Balancing Funds and Regional Loan from 2001 to 2015. Data analysis method was regression analysis with software called e-views. The analysis showed that Regional expenditure, Local Own-source Revenue, and Balancing Funds have positive and significant influence towards Regional Budget, but Regional Loan has negative and non-significant influence towards Regional Budget.
