摘要:The research of actor’s power network in community-based mangrove management aims to analyze the interaction and dynamics of actors in forest management networks by local communities through a power approach. This research was conducted by survey method. The selection of villages and respondents was conducted purposively, namely villages that implemented community-based mangrove management such as the residents of Pusong Kapal Village, the villagers of Pusong Telaga Tujuh, and the Community Forestry. While respondents selected with consideration must be representative in providing the information needed in accordance with the research objectives. The actor's analytical approach refers to the framework of centralized power actors (ACP), which is an analytical approach for understanding the empirical resources of actors in socio-political relationships and contributing to strongly empirically identified groups of powerful actors. Thus ACP can serve as a tool for the assessment of power networks, useful as preliminary information in forest policy practice. While to know the relationship between network with social network analysis approach (SNA). The results showed that the Forest Management Unit, village head, maritime affairs, fisheries and agricultural services in the city of Langsa, the provincial forestry service were information broker. However, the relationship that occurs in the network is still weak. However, the Forest Management Unit has demonstrated its authority as a site-level manager in building relationships, connectivity and collaboration with other actors in the network.
