摘要：Partnership in natural tourism utilization of protected forests area can increase the forests value, but also has a risk of damage to forest areas managed by Forest Management Unit of Rinjani Barat (KPHL). This study aims to examine the business contracts between the FMU and partners on the activities of natural tourism utilization in aspects of policy, rights and liability arrangements to business economic conditions. The relationship between FMU and partners can be seen as a principal-agent relationship that may have problems as adverse selection, asymmetric information, moral hazard and agency costs. Using policy and financial analysis, field observation and in-depth interviews, we found that natural tourism utilization can be done under several scheme such as business permit, forestry cooperation, social partnership and regional government cooperation. Formal contract between FMU and community potentially suppress the moral hazard behavior in the future. Increased ticket price, change fixed wage system and roles assignment for every party can make the contact become more optimal.
