摘要：Power of the Ebcecutive and Legislative Behaviorin the Local Government Budgetary Process: Symbolic Interactionism Perspective. This study aimsto understand thebehaviour ofthe executive and legislative powers in the budgeting process in the Mayapada Urban Govemance. Analyses were performed using themethod of symbolic interactionismin the interpretive paradigm. The data was collected through interviews with informanls on the preparation of planning and budgeting, whichis supported by the observation and documentation. Developmenl PlanningMeeting (musrenbang) is claimedin the reformationerato have used participatory approach, but peoplewere in fact still placed as participation object. There has been ablurring of realily which is named as "cataract", by building a sweetimagery interaction in public with hypocritical languages. Social facts iUustrated are the behaviour of the executive and legislative powers in the budgeting process.
