摘要：Schoolleadershipstylesthataffectschoolinnovationisessentialtobringschools’changes. Thisstudyaimedtodetermineschoolleadershipstylesanditseffectonschoolinnovationatthe seniorhighschoollevelinJambicity.Thisstudyusestenleadershipstyles,theyareparticipative, laissezfaire,authoritarian,democratic,charismatic,transformational,situational,trust,grid,andthreedimensionalleaderships.Theframeworkoftheresearcharedevelopedbyassociatingtenleadership styleswithschoolinnovationsincluding(1)theprincipal'sroleindoinginnovationintheschools,(2) theformsofinnovationimplementedintheareasofacademicachievement,(3)theform of innovationscarriedoutinthefieldsportsand(4)theform ofinnovationsimplementedinthe institutionalfield,and(5)theformsofinnovationundertakeninthefieldofschool’culture.Thereare 32teachersand32principalsweretakenassamples.Thisstudyusedmixedmethodsresearch.Data wereanalyzedusingmean,standarddeviation,andcorrelation.Theresultsshowedthattheoverall principal'sleadershipstyleisnotsufficienttoaffectseniorhighschoolinnovationinJambicity,thisis evidencedbythereareonlythreeofthosetenleadershipstyleshavepositiverelationshipwhenthey aredoingschool’sinnovationsinJambicity.Thus,theprincipalsshouldgiveattentiontoallthe leadershipstylestodoinnovationatseniorhighschoolinJambicitytoimprovethequalityofschools.
