摘要：Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bahan baku, tenaga kerja, modal usaha, karakteristik wirausaha dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap kinerja bisnis IKM tenun ikat Kabupaten Jepara. Populasi penelitian adalah 629 IKM tenun ikat yang berlokasi di Desa Troso, Kecamatan Pecangaan Kabupaten Jepara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, sampel 87 pengusaha. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner. Data di analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat regresi, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahan baku, tenaga kerja, modal usaha, karakteristik wirausaha dan dukungan pemerintah mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis IKM tenun ikat (60,3%). Dengan rincian bahan baku mempengaruhi (7,02%), tenaga kerja mempengaruhi (7,24%), modal usaha mempengaruhi (20,79%), karakteristik wirausaha mempengaruhi (15,21%), dan dukungan pemerintah mempengaruhi (5,81%). Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh bahan baku, tenaga kerja, modal usaha, karakteristik wirausaha dan dukungan pemerintah terhadap kinerja bisnis IKM tenun ikat. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah pengusaha seharusnya dapat lebih aktif dalam mengikuti program – program yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah dan pemerintah dapat memberikan penghargaan atau hadiah bagi pengusaha yang mengikuti program dari pemerintah.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study isto determine the effect of raw materials, labor, business capital, entrepreneurial characteristics and government support on the business performance of SMIs of ikat weaving located in Jepara.The population of this study were 629 SMIsof ikat weaving located in Troso village, Pecangaan Jepara. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, the samples were 87 entrepreneurs. The technique of collecting data used questionnaires. The data was analyzed by using descriptive analysis, prerequisites regression test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The result showed that the raw materials, labor, business capital, entrepreneurial charakteristics and government support influencethe business performance of SMIs ikat weaving (60,3%). In details, the influence of the raw material (7,02%), labor affects (7,24%), business capital affects (20,79%), entrepreneurial characteristic affect (15,21%), and government support affects (5,81%).The results of this study can be concluded that there is influence between the raw materials, labor, business capital, entrepreneurial characteristics and government support for SMIs ikat weaving business performance. The suggestions given in this study are entrepreneurs should be more active in following the programs help by the governmentand the government can provide a reward or prize or entrepreneurs that follow the government program.
