摘要：Program Pendidikan Profesi Guru Prajabatan adalah program pendidikan yang diselenggarakan un tuk mempersiapkan lulusan S1 Kependidikan dan S1/DIV Nonkependidikan yang memiliki bakat dan minat menjadi guru agar menguasai kompetensi guru secara utuh sesuai dengan standar na_x005f?sional pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES angkatan 2015 dan 2014 yang berjumlah 773 mahasiswa dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Proportional Random Sampling sehingga jumlah sampelnya adalah 202 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, inferensial, regresi linear berganda dan uji hipo?tesis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa secara parsial internal locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap career adaptability sebesar 44,62%, dukungan sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap career adaptability sebesar 3,88%. Sedangkan secara simultan variabel internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap career adaptability sebesar 55%. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ter?dapat pengaruh dan signifikan antara internal locus of control dan dukungan sosial baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap career adaptability mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES.
其他摘要：reservice Teacher Profession Education Program is an organized education preparation program designed for holders of a bachelor’s degree in Education and S1/DIV Nonkependidikan who have talents and interest of being a teacher to fully master the teacher competence based on the national education standard. The research aims to understand the influence of internal locus of control and social support on career adaptability of the students of the Economics Education of UNNES.The research population is the entire students of Economics Education of UNNES from the year of 2015 and 2014 which amount to 773 students, and uses Proportional Random Sampling to determine the sample size which amounts to 202 students. This research uses quantita-tive data collection methods using questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, inferential, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test are the measures used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that internal locus of control partially gave positive influence on career adaptability by 44.62 %, social support gave positive influence on career adaptability by 3.88 %. On the other hand, variables of internal locus of control and social support simultaneously affected career adaptability by 55%. The research concluded that there was a significant influence among internal locus of control and social support, partially or simultaneously on career adaptability of the students of the Economics Education of UNNES.
