摘要：Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh tata ruang kantor, penataan arsip, fasilitas kantor, dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan ketatausahaan. Penelitian ini ter masuk pada penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausalitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa berjumlah 977 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan proportional random sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin didapat responden dengan jumlah 284 siswa. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah KL = 5,321 + 0,086PTRK + 0,268PA + 0,208FK + 0,630KP +e. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan antara tata ruang kantor, penataan arsip, fasilitas kantor, dan kompetensi pegawai terhadap peningkatan kualitas pelayanan ketatausahaan sebesar 65,9%. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh pal_x005f?ing besar pertama adalah kompetensi pegawai yaitu sebesar 30,36%, kedua fasilitas kantor sebesar 3,68%, ketiga penataan arsip sebesar 2,31%, dan keempat tata ruang kantor sebesar 0,31%.
其他摘要：This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of office space, archive arrangement, office facilities, and employee competency on administration. This research is included in quantitative research with causality research de-sign. The population in this study were all students totaling 977 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling with proportional random sampling and using the Slovin formula obtained by respondents with 284 students. The method of data analysis uses descriptive percentage analysis, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that the multiple linear regression equation was KL 0.208FK quality improve-ment service 5.321 0.268 PA + 0.630KP + e. The magnitude of the influence simultaneously between office layout, 0.086PTRK archive arrangement, office facilities, and employee competency to improve the quality of administrative services is 65.9%. The variable that gives the first biggest influence is employee competency which is equal to 30.36%, both office facilities are 3.68%, the third is archive arrangement of 2.31%, and the fourth is office layout of 0.31%.
