摘要:Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota merupakan unsur yang utama guna menunjang keberhasilan Koperasi dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik dan berkualitas juga penting karena dapat menarik simpati pelanggan dan juga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan yang dalam hal ini adalah para anggotanya. Permasala_x005f?han yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Koperasi Serba Usaha di Kecamatan Gringsing masih rendah atau belum baik, sehingga membuat para anggota atau nasabah berpikir dua kali untuk menanam modal di Koperasi tersebut, dengan kualitas pelayanan yang masih rendah partisipasi anggota yang sedikit maka mengakibat?kan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha setiap tahunnya menurun. Populasi anggota dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 345 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan area propotional random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis jalur. Hasil pe?nelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap perolehan SHU (14,2%). Partisipasi Anggota berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Perolehan SHU (13,6%). Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung ter?hadap Perolehan SHU anggota (13,9%) melalui partisipasi anggota. Kualitas pelayanan dan partisipasi anggota berpengaruh terhadap perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha KSU di Kecamatan Gringsing Kabupaten Batang. Pengurus KSU diharapkan lebih banyak menanggapi saran-saran dari anggota di RAT untuk kemajuan KSU kedepannya. Pengurus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya kepada anggota terutama pada unit usaha simpan pinjam agar para anggota tidak pindah ke pesaing lain dengan cara mempercepat proses pencairan dana pinjaman anggota. Jika kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan baik oleh para pengurus maka akan berpengaruh juga terhadap partisipasi yang baik, sehingga akan meningkatkan perolehan Sisa Hasil Usaha.
其他摘要:Service quality and members participation were a major element to support the success of cooperation and increase the growth of Business Outcome Rest. Good service quality and quality was also important because it could attract sympathy of customers and also could increase customers satisfaction which in this case was its members. The problems that would be discussed in the research was service quality that given by Multibusiness Cooperation in Gringsing District was low or unwell, so it made members or customers thought twice to invest in the cooperation, with service quality was still low and members participation was little, so it resulted in acquisition of annual business outcome rest was down.
The members population of the study was 345 people. The sample in this study was 78 respondents. The method of data collection used questionnaires method. The technique of taking sample used area proportional random sampling. The method of data analysis used in this research was percentage descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results showed that service quality and members participation were significantly influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest. Service quality was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (14.2%). Member participation was directly influential towards the acquisition of SHU (13.6%). Service Quality was indirectly influential towards the acquisition of members SHU (13, 9%) through members participation.
Service quality and members participation were influential towards the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest KSU in Gringsing District Batang Regency. KSU administrator was expected more receiving the messages from members at RAT for the growth of future KSU. The administrator increased his/her service quality towards members especially for business unit of saving and loan so that members did no move to other competitor by accelerating the proses of fund disbursement of members loan. If service quality that given was good by administrators, so it was also influential towards good participation, so would increase the acquisition of Business Outcome Rest.
