摘要：The goal of the research to know the analysing of cross-step style body skill technique in finland grip toward the result in javelin throw that in terms of kinesiology (anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics). The method used in this study is a survey method with the type of korelasioner research and quantitative approach. The population in this study is the eleventh graders in Senior High School 1 Limbangan sub-district Kendal regency with a population of 171 students and the samples in this study are 25 students eleventh grade of boy. Sampling technique use random sampling lottery system. The variables of this research are the analysing of cross-step style body skill technique in finland grip toward the result in javelin throw that in terms of kinesiology (anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics) of body. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed cross-step style body skill technique in finland grip toward the result in javelin throw that in terms of anatomi, fisiologi, and biomechanic, also in terms of kinesiology (anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics) are in good category.
