摘要：There was a research to know management of preparation Pengprov Persani Central of Java to following PON XVIII 2012 in Riau. The method is descriptive qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation technique. Obtained results, preparation is done by Pengprov been good with some constraints, namely funding and facility constraints. Management exercises are done in an accountable and programmed as well as the readiness of athletes to compete physically, mentally, and techniques.
