摘要：Purpose: To investigate its history, method of the game, rule, government response, people and element support of traditional balambat. Methods: This is diskriptif and qualitatif study. Research was conducted in Beji village, Eastern Districts Ungaran, Semarang Regency. Data colection instruments are observation, interview and documentation. Use data analisis in study descriptive and qualitative method is inductive. Results: Balambat is sport ancient who played hendsman with tools use roof sprinkles and ball from coconut fiber. Response of the government up to now has not given aid while people are good and support. Element supports including financial and infrastructure. Conclusions: Balambat is sport wich played by two groups, that is keeper groud and runner group with tools use roof sprinkles and ball wich made from coconut fiber. However, response of the government up to now has not given aid and element support.
