摘要：Purpose: to know the achievement development model of beach volleyball in Indramayu County. Methods: The approaching used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research was done with Indramayu volley ball team. The object is performance development of volley ball in Indramayu, and the aim is performance development model of volley ball in Indramayu. The instrument and data-collection were done by observation technique, interview and documentation. The data validity used in this research was triangulation technique, data reduction and data verification. Data analysis in this research was descriptive qualitative. Results: The research resulted that the performance development of volley ball in Indramayu was coordinated and programmed well (this can be seen from the exercise schedule, which is four times a week, 2 hours, member recruitment by selection, short, medium and long-term exercise programme, which was all due to support the achievement in volley ball sport). Media and preparation that is owned by Indramayu volley ball team is pretty much sufficient (this can be seen by the presence of secretary office, administration used in the team, the field that can contain 15 athletes, the amount of balls equalled with all athletes).
