City Gunungpati semarang aged 60-70 years who were divided into 2 groups, group smoking (KM) n = 11, group do not smoke (KTM) n = 10. Checked fitness (VO 2 max) and cholesterol levels. Hypothesis testing using parametric test Ttest. Result: Fitness (VO 2 max) on the KTM is better than KM (22.6230 ± 9.01220; 22.4630 ± 7.7246), test T-test results indicated significant differences p = 0.000 (p <0.05). Increased cholesterol levels in KM higher than the KTM (209.6 ± 30.387; 161.6 ± 23.712), increase HDL levels higher than KTM KM (47.46 ± 11.91; 44.04 ± 9.078), increased levels of LDL KM higher than the KTM (131.6 ± 25.08; 92.92 ± 23.87), increased levels of TG KM higher than the KTM (152.5 ± 81.789; 123.2 ± 50.299), T-test test results showed a significant difference p = 0.000 (p <0.05).
