摘要：This study aimed to analyze the pattern of women participation in order to support environmental management efforts to address climate change. This study used a qualitative approach, by conducting in-depth interviews and reviewing documents related to climate change. The research findings show that their early involvement of women and women's organizations in order to succeed mitigation actions and adaptation to climate change in the village pagerwangi. The pattern of women's involvement from the beginning of an increasing awareness of the threat of climate change and community involvement in the educational process among women to participate and be involved. And finally, women's involvement is needed to achieve the goal of addressing climate change.
