  • 摘要:This article describes the learning management of the C package program on aspects of (1) learning planning, (2) the implementation of learning, (3) learning evaluation, and (4) the factors driving and inhibiting learning. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study (1) Learning planning in PKBM Pelita, PKBM Homeschooling Primagama, and SKB Palem-bang City prepared based on syllabus and RPP. (2) Implementation of learning in PKBM Pelita is classical and flexible that is 1 times a week, PKBM Homeschooling Primagama is private, learn-ing time from Monday to Thursday and every student is different, SKB Palembang is classical, study time 2 times a week. (3) Evaluation of learning in PKBM Pelita and SKB Palembang city that is cognitive aspect evaluated by tutor, PKBM Homeschooling Primagama that is cognitive and affective aspect evaluated by tutor. (4) Factors that encourage people to learn to follow learning in PKBM Pelita, PKBM Homeschooling Primagama and SKB Palembang to obtain a diploma, so they can work and continue education to a higher level. Inhibiting factors of learning is the difficulty of learners to share learning time with work, feeling lazy, the influence of gadgets, and still less complete learning facilities are availabl.
