摘要：This study aims to describe: (1) the steps of community participation in the development of WKSBM through multitrack communication, (2) forms of community participation in the development of WKSBM through multitrack communication, (3) affecting factors of community participation in developing WKSBM through multitrack communication. This research were used qualitative research with description method. The results of this research were: (1) the steps community participation in the development of WKSBM through multitrack communication, (2) forms of community participation in the development of WKSBM through multitrack communication, and (3) affecting factors of community participation in the development of WKSBM through multitrack communication are internal and external factors. Internal factors that affect the age, work and communication. External factors that arise are the responses from the community, government policies and the usefulness of WKSBM for the community.
