摘要：The purpose of this research is to find out the cause of the factors in the Non-formal education collection of data not timely and not quality. The method used is the population of the survey in office of education at district level throughout the country. The taking of a sample of the method used is a purposive sampling techniques and of analysis with a descriptive . The result showed that seven of the factors, these are the understanding , human resources , the support of the office of education at district level, the fund, monitoring and evaluation , infrastructure; and geography affect the collection of data of Non-formal education not timely and not quality and there are four factors that are strongly influence. The four factors are the support of the office of education at district level (26,00%), monitoring and evaluation (31,57%), funding (32,25%), and infrastructure (39,40%). When these variables are combined then the average by 36,75% means also greatly affects the data collection of the Non-formal education did not timely and not quality. Thus, it is recommended that the support of the Non-formal Education service by Office of education at district level, monitoring and evaluation at the unit level in the case of the Non-formal Education can be implemented. In addition, the necessary support funding for the logging manager and and the improvement of the infrastructure both in quantity as well as qualit.
