  • 摘要:This study is aimed to know whether or not there is a correlation between: 1) the interest to become a teacher by using the curriculum designed by his/her self, 2) the knowledge of the evaluation on the learning achievement based on the teacher’s designed curriculum; and 3) the interest to become a teacher and the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement as well as with the quality of the curriculum designed by a teacher. The study was carried out at the primary schools in Eastern part of Jakarta during the semester 1 in 2012 to teachers of grade IV, V, and VI. The method used is survey, and its population are teachers of the primary schools in Duren Sawit Sub District within East Jakarta. The total number of sample is 75 persons based on multistage random sampling. The instrument used are questionnaire, items test, and the analysis guide of curriculum. The statistical analysis technique used for this study were simple and ordinary regression and correlation in the level of significance  = 0,05. The result of the study is that there is a very significant and positive correlation between: (1) the interest to become a teacher with the quality of the curriculum made by him or her (r y.1 = 0,704;  = 0,01); (2) the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement using curriculum made by the teacher him/her self (r y.2 = 0.709;  = 0,01); (3) The interest to become a teacher and the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement as well as with the quality of the curriculum made by the teacher him/her self (Ry.12 = 0.841;  = 0,01). The interest to become a teacher and the knowledge of the evaluation on learning achievement all together give effective contribution to the quality of the curriculum designed by the teacher him/her self 70.72%, while the other 29.28% are affected by other variable which was not included in this study.
