摘要:This research is to analyze the curriculum management for professional teacher in frontier, outermost, and least developed regions conducted by the Teacher Professional Program at Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta that covered planning, organizing, actuating and controlling of the curriculum. The research used descriptive qualitative method and CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. The results of the study show that the curriculum planning of the program starts every new school year based on the evaluation results of the previous year. Curriculum organizing is based on national curriculum and implemented the Teacher Profession Program Guidelines 2016. The implementation of the curriculum refers to the curriculum set by the higher education authority which includes learning and assessment system. The curriculum structure of the program is a learning tool development workshop of the study area with learning implementation in peer teaching followed by an internship. Supervision is performed by monitoring the achievement of every learning phase. In conclusion, curriculum management for teacher professional program for the frontier, outermost, and least developed regions in Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta is appropriate with the government rules and gives good impact for the students of the program.
