摘要：The article deals with the last Austrian parliamentary election held in November 2002. It presents basic data of the elections outcomes both on the federal and the regional levels. The article presents analysis of election campaign and voters' behaviour, including analysis of voters' shifts. There are also discussed reasons for the convincing victory of ÖVP and the decline of FPÖ. The last aim of the article is to survey difficulties and obstacles of coalition government formation after the elections.
