摘要：Study about community of vory v zakone treats informal community of criminal authorities from former USSR, whose structures established in organized crime after the collapse USSR too. Observed is historical background and circumstances of development the criminal elites, which create ground for rise of vory v zakone. Study describes further internal structure of community, her organization and correlations. Dif erent traditions of criminal world in Caucasus are registered also. The close of study is a description of the contemporary situation in „thieves“ world.
