摘要:The objective of the research is to study the relationship between Interpersonal Communication, Work Ethos, and Organizational Culture with Services. The survey was conducted at Training Center for Employees the Ministry of Education and Cukture (MoEC). Sample of 90 respondents were selected randomly. The study finds out that there are positive correlation, between : 1) Interpersonal Comunication (X1 ) and Services (Y); 2) Work Ethos (X2 ) and Services (Y); 3) Organizational Culture (X3 ) and Services (Y); 4) Finally the study concludes that those three independent variables all together show positive correlation with Services. Furthermore, the employee service could be improved by improving interpersonal communication, Work Ethos, and Organizational Culture.
