摘要：Economic policy is the main driver of growth and development of the national economy. Lack of public capital investments, overvalued exchange rate of the domestic currency, high interest rates, accepting the neoliberal concept in the Republic of Serbia have a devastating effect on economic growth, employment and standard of living. These issues are studied in this paper through empirical investigation and proving the facts stated.
